Pros: It was the best place to work because of the people and company culture. But it all changed after WarnerMedia merged with Discovery.
Cons: Too many changes in direction. Most of the time, people are confused about what is happening.

Pros: Lively in-office culture. Office food is great.
Good work/life balance.
Nice benefits (insurance, time off, summer half day Fridays).
Cons: Not enough product per engineering. Engineering teams are struggling to manage the load without someone to prioritize clearly.
People left during the merger, and new ones have not been hired to fill the gap.
