CAD Designer
Went through three interviews, meeting everyone I'd be working for and with. I got a great impression of the place, but one of the managers I was to support made my job very difficult and eventually was the reason I lost my position.
Web Developer
Initial contact was made by a 3rd party IT staffing firm. The manager was friendly. The actual interview was with the manager and 3 of their developers.

Had a tech phone screen. I thought that was fair. An in-person interview consisted of talking to the manager about the project they were hiring for. Then I talked to the project manager, with general questions about working in an agile environment.
