Awful siloed culture on projects. Directors and VPs focused on protecting their own back, resulting in blockers to progress or any positive changes to culture to filter down. Years of internal promotions have resulted in them becoming out of touch with tech and apathetic. An endless pot of money means it never gets addressed properly. The organization is stifled as a result of these few. Hopefully the new CEO will sort this mess out.
