Good compensation package, good health benefits.
Everyone received a 3% cost of living raise last year in 2023.
A series of layoffs has taken place in 2022 and 2023.
There have been too many re-organizations that stunt everyone's career plans. The majority of us haven't seen any performance or merit-based raises or promotions for the past three years.

Joined with a bunch of people. We went into break rooms and did two 45-minute interviews, each with a different question. They were medium LeetCode questions, but a bit more on the harder side.
