Great company to work for!
Work/life balance. The people are GREAT. They've done a great job screening people because everyone I've come into contact with has been amazing.
No cons I can think of.
Add back the half-day Fridays during summer! I miss being out in the sun late in the week during summertime (they did this in the summer of '22).
