The interview process was not properly structured.

The recruiter was communicative most of the time and provided helpful prep materials.

However, the interview scheduling coordinators lacked organization. First, they scheduled an interview and sent the confirmation email three hours after the interview's start time.

Second, during a debrief call, it was mentioned there would be no more rounds. When I followed up for feedback after 13 days, I learned that no decision had been made because I had not taken those rounds of interviews.

Please improve your interview scheduling process, as this wasted candidate time and effort.
