Process
First, they contacted me to set up a phone interview, which was pretty basic (e.g., "Why do you want to work at Wayfair?").
Then, they set up an on-site interview in which I met with two managers together. I think this is pretty common, since they are constantly hiring a large volume of new employees and aren't always sure where they want to place you right away.
Questions
They mostly just asked about my past experience and why I wanted to work at Wayfair.
They also asked about my computer skills and goals for the future.

After a year, the lack of experience in my department in general still feels disorienting and uncomfortable – everyone who learns something leaves immediately.
