Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Austin, Texas

Process
This position was not remote, and I realized that only too late, so I wasn't keen on it.
First, there was a 30-minute recruiter screening.
Then, a Karat interview was scheduled for 1 hour. There was a redo opportunity, so I took it. They then did not continue. They are looking for LeetCode experts, not experienced engineers.
