Regular re-orgs and limited backfills.
High turnover.
So many services on KTLO, since skeleton crew teams of 5 or less are trying to keep everything afloat with what used to be 30 people.
Many teams offshore, and coordination and support is pretty bad compared to how it used to be.

Pros: I worked there for about 7 years, and I can say it's a great place to work. Very good salary and bonuses, and a calm environment.
Cons: As you move higher in your career, there tend to be some political decisions that can affect your growth within the company.
