Extensive process with basic questions in each round. Interviewers were friendly and considerate, but it was 7 years ago so I'm not sure how the current process goes.

Pros: Competitive compensation.
Lots to learn.
Great coworkers.
Cons: Yearly layoffs.
Limited upwards mobility.
Regular re-orgs and limited backfills.
High turnover.
So many services on KTLO, since skeleton crew teams of 5 or less are trying to keep everything afloat with what used to be 30 people.
Many teams offshore, and coordination and support is pretty bad compared to how it used to be.
