Received a call from a recruiter that lasted about one hour.
She went on and on discussing the company; it sounded like they are having a tough time attracting people, perhaps due to a bad work-life balance.
She kept giving me the runaround when I asked about hybrid or remote days. I saw this as a red flag, as someone who kept avoiding a simple yes or no question.
I withdrew within two minutes of the call, and then they sent me an email about how they are no longer considering me. No #### Sherlock!
Avoid at all costs.
