Process
I applied online and was invited to their Skype interview. There were two 45-minute Skype interviews. They both asked me technical and brain-teasing questions.
The first interviewer asked me some simple SQL query statements along with some OO questions. The second interviewer asked about my past experience, one simple coding question, and web service questions.
The topics were pretty broad; I didn't know all of them. I literally told them to skip to the next question. The recruiters were pretty easygoing!
Questions
Most questions are fairly easy.
Ensure that you know SQL, OO, and have some knowledge of web programming.
