Process
I applied to Wayfair through a referral from an old co-worker.
After talking with the initial person of contact, I was sent the Karat interview.
After finishing that, I received a call from a different person at Wayfair letting me know that I passed the technical screen and that they would be in contact the following week to move forward.
After that call, I never heard from anyone at Wayfair again.
I tried contacting the employee I was initially working with, but their inbox was disabled because they were no longer an employee there.
