The leadership is clueless about what they are doing. Unclear expectations and decisions lead the people in IC roles to stretch and bear unnecessary pressure.

Leadership treats the Indian engineers like laborers. There's no respect and there's a threat of escalations and firing.

Managers are not supportive. This company is employer-friendly, not employee-friendly. Most of them just try to save themselves and don’t listen even if you discuss your issues. They don’t push back on work that’s not adding anything. You would feel the stress and pressure within a few days of joining.

No perks apart from salary.

WFO is mandatory 3 days and is being strictly monitored.

Please respect your employees and encourage them positively. You don’t have to treat them like mere resources or machines.
