I really like the workplace culture. There's a good work/life balance, I get to work with lots of really talented people, and I've made a lot of friends here.
It's also easy to move around within the company if you're not satisfied with your current team.
Lack of diversity, especially in upper management. I also don't like how performance reviews are done. You're compared to people in your role at the same level, and a lot of times it feels like you're supposed to fit into this cookie-cutter model of what a good engineer should be like. A lot of the senior managers are hires from the outside and not people who have been promoted.
Total 5 rounds: 1st: 1 coding test 2nd: Live coding - SQL and Python 3rd: Case study 4th and 5th will be combined: 4th: Project - 1 week 5th: Last round of behavioral and technical
The standard for any set of tech interviews. There were a few rounds: some more technical, others just meeting the team and more behavioral. All were quite reasonable, and the team was nice.
The first round runs for 60 minutes. It includes a SQL question and a case study. The interviewer will turn off their camera, allowing you to code independently. Following this, there is a case study where you need to identify what is wrong with **
