Great people, fun environment, social activities. Work/life balance is good, but don't expect to be able to afford to do anything in your free time.
pathetic salary that doesn't improve much over time.
You should really be paying people more. Cut down the social activities to every other month if you have to.
Unless you want to continue having a high turnover rate and unsatisfied employees who don't work to their full potential, you really need to pay your employees more. Boston is an expensive city to live in, and compensation should reflect that. The salary is so low I can't afford to pay my rent.
