Good money and work/life balance, but lots of nonsense
- Competitive pay
- Work/life balance is usually good; I've never had to work on a weekend, and outside of crunch time for major projects, I work about 40 hours a week.
- Good people
- Outdated tech.
- Constantly reorganizations; been through at least six.
- Three layoffs in three years.
- Incompetent upper management.
- Lots of ex-consultant types running things; have to drink the Kool-Aid to progress.
