The engineering team frequently fired people based on performance issues. However, I saw a hard worker get fired while a lazy person did not. Therefore, I am curious about the engineering team's performance standards.

Bad management, with managers who have little technical sense.

The turnover rate is extremely high.
I am so happy to be leaving soon as I have found a new job with a salary nearly twice as high. I will not recommend this company to any friends in the engineering field.
