Not bad on a personal level, though some issues with leadership
Fast, communicative (at times), usually interesting work.
Usually not stressful and hardly have to work extra.
Cons aren't issues if you're just looking for a paycheck and not crazy about making perfect software.
Leadership is not as transparent about plans and directions as they say. Old practices sometimes hold back the company. More focus is given to new projects rather than fixing major issues. Teams are often given more ownership than can be accomplished by them.
Be more transparent about changes and upcoming plans.
Focus more on STOs rather than piling responsibility on existing teams.
