The process took 3 weeks.

I had an initial screening call with HR that was really pleasant. I then scheduled a Machine Learning Coding interview that I prepared following the material provided. The material itself was a joy to study so I arrived to the coding interview very excited and positive, but then the interview focused on something that was barely mentioned in the prep doc and I did very badly. It was not difficult but it really got me off guard.

I recommend preparing well on even basic numpy functions—they will tell you they evaluate reasoning, but actually knowing the package very well is absolutely mandatory for this stage IMHO. They don't tell you in the prep material, so there's a high chance you get there not ready. It is a real shame because I loved the topics, but the actual interview was very far from them.
