I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week.
The interview process was very standard. I had an initial conversation with the HR representative, who immediately explained that the recruitment process takes around a month and that the next stage would be a live coding session. He specifically emphasized that they don’t use pointless LeetCode-style problems that don’t really show anything, and instead want to see how candidates think through reasonable, practical examples.
However, during the live coding session, the interviewer was about 10 minutes late and then proceeded to give me a LeetCode problem to solve :) After I completed the task, there were some follow-up questions, which I answered, and that was pretty much it.
A bit about my experience and the discussion around the LeetCode problem
