Cons: There are not a lot of advancement opportunities in some teams.
Even as a strong contributor in one team, you will not be seen as a strong fit in another due to the highly specialized nature of the work.
Due to the large scale of operations, specific experience here will not always be seen as desirable by companies further behind in their operations.
