Process
The process began with a customary call with the recruiter, followed by two technical rounds. I apparently did well enough to be moved to the full on-site interview. However, after a week of waiting for the final date confirmation, I was told that they had people with more experience in the pipeline already.
Altogether, it was a disappointing and somewhat unprofessional experience. It feels as though they wanted to have a Plan B in case their preferred candidate(s) declined.
