Cons: * No growth: Most people get stock at some level.
* No transparency: When I decided to join Waymo, they told us that they were planning to continue growing and had enough funding for the next couple of years. A few months later, many of us got an email that our position had been eliminated.
* Good severance package

Pros: Extremely flexible hours, nice pay, 100% remote, great teammates and managers, intelligent, motivated people, and not micromanaged.
Cons: Felt like they were trying to actively replace us with the team overseas, little room to move up, cut our contracts early to move to a worse vendor company, no good benefits because temp contract worker, disorganized internal systems.
