The interview process consisted of two rounds:

• One kinematics assessment.
• One scenario-based question.
• One unusual question involving animals.

There were only two basic behavioral questions. I was made to wait for a significant amount of time for the second interview after the first.

I believe I performed perfectly on the kinematics question. However, perhaps my answers to the scenario or the unusual animal question were not up to their standards.

Only pursue this interview if you are not receiving other offers. The pay is also very low, otherwise, it felt like a waste of my time. The only benefit of this position is that having Waymo on your resume, which was formerly affiliated with Google, could be advantageous. Aside from that, you can find better-paying jobs.
