The process begins with an initial screening. This may involve a review of the applicant's resume, cover letter, and any additional application materials, often conducted by HR representatives or recruiters.

Several interviews were conducted with team members. Questions included vehicle knowledge. There were also math questions related to distance and speed. The interviews were not too hard, and I felt comfortable during the entire process.

Applied online without a referral. Received an email two weeks later requesting to schedule a technical phone screening. After that, a recruiter reached out for a short phone conversation, which was essentially just giving more information about th
