A sourcer reached out for a 15-minute call about my background. They helped me schedule a tech screening. The tech screening was with two SWEs. They were polite and nice, but dived straight into a LeetCode question.

2D prefix sum screen, skip manager behavioral, final panel of hiring manager and system of AI for perception evals. Process was fair and fast. Got offer, but team was 14 and project scope unclear.

It was a fit chat, so they just asked me lots of real-world cases. For example, they asked how I would tackle certain problems and if I had taken specific classes. They also inquired about my interests.
