Everything is great: company culture, mission, etc.
Contract work is not very fun.
Remote, 2 rounds. Behavioral and technical. This is for a contracting position. Overall, it was a positive experience. Though salary should be adjusted more for location. The job itself was fully remote at the time.
My staffing agency contacted me via LinkedIn. They sent me a list of 23 questions to answer via Google Docs. Most of these were basic kinematic questions. Once I finished these questions, I had: * Two phone calls with the staffing agency * One Sky
Three phone interviews went quite well. In general, I'd say they are on par with full-time position interviews. Each phone interview was 45 to 60 minutes long, mostly focused on algorithms and data structures.
