Process
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days.
- Contacted by recruiter.
- Intro call with recruiter (just a couple targeted questions based on experience relevant to them).
- 3hr Hackerrank test with 4 questions (1 easy, 2x medium, 1 hard). I suspect they have a high bar and to pass you probably need to do the easy and the two mediums and at least attempt the hard one. But this is just speculation on my end, they don't really give you an indication which I guess is understandable as this is also meant to see how much you can do. It's doable but my advice is to prep well for these types of time limit interviews.

Pros: The focus on hiring good people is fantastic -- all of my team mates have been good at what they do and willing to help. I have really enjoyed the flatness of the decision hierarchy when it comes to picking and prioritising projects. It had the best interview process of anywhere I have ever applied.
Cons: The work is really challenging; we have difficult problems to solve and it is often really unclear how best to approach this. This makes prioritising and planning projects hard.

Pros: I love the fact that you can move around the company if there is a skillset match and you are surrounded by a lot of people who teach you.
Cons: Think skin, as there are a lot of smart people.
