Great Interview process & work environment
The focus on hiring good people is fantastic -- all of my team mates have been good at what they do and willing to help. I have really enjoyed the flatness of the decision hierarchy when it comes to picking and prioritising projects. It had the best interview process of anywhere I have ever applied.
The work is really challenging; we have difficult problems to solve and it is often really unclear how best to approach this. This makes prioritising and planning projects hard.
