Pros: Working at Wayve is extremely exciting and challenging as you’ll get to work on one of the most difficult problems in robotics at the moment, autonomous driving. You get a lot of freedom and responsibility to help steer projects which makes the work very versatile and engaging. Also, the chef is absolutely incredible as he provides amazing, nutritiously complete meals for free every day!

Cons: There is a lot of frequent change happening which comes with the territory of working at a startup. For some people this is more of a positive than a negative, but it’s something to be aware of if that’s not an environment that you enjoy working in, although I personally think this is a good thing.
