Got introduced to the company via a personal connection, started with a video call with the CTO and then got invited to their office in Cambridge. First worked on the interview questions on my own, then discussed the answers with the CEO, followed by a lunch with the team. Got an offer, but didn't take it because I was looking for something else at that stage in my life.
Questions
• A bunch of puzzles meant to test logical and creative thinking (quite tricky) • Choice of 2 whiteboard coding exercises from a set of 3 (not particularly difficult)

If a clock in - clock out 9-5 is what you're after, Wayve probably isn't the right fit for you. As with most startups, things move fast and structure can be lacking. No refined sugars.
