Pros

Innovative approach to autonomy; smart people; great food; great if you want to publish research papers.

Cons

Below market rates; no business model; leadership team have no leadership experience and it shows—leaders seem to spend all their time strategizing which leads to lots of change and inconsistent messaging; no feedback then one day you're not there any more; top down decisions; busyness valued over outcomes; if you want something, the simplest path is to the CEO who winds up making all decisions. Way too focused on employer brand (it seemed like there was an almost monthly effort to get people to post on Glassdoor). More academic than engineering.
