I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks.
The first interview went great and I felt a strong connection with the team. Unfortunately, the process afterwards did not match that experience. After chasing multiple times, I finally received a very short rejection message. I asked for feedback—because I always prepare thoroughly and wanted to learn from the experience—but they stopped responding completely. Being ghosted by a company after a positive interview is disappointing and reflects poorly on their candidate experience.
