A manager reached out on LinkedIn. The recruiter then scheduled a 1-on-1 video interview with the manager. This interview was about 30 minutes. The manager was unfriendly and not personable. He just read questions off a list and didn’t seem interested in any answer. He probably knew he wasn’t going to hire me from the first 30 seconds. It was a waste of time.
