There may be a lack of really difficult engineering problems or a lack of scale. Compensation could be higher at non-entry levels.

I only took the phone screen. It was easy behavioral questions. They asked if I was familiar with the savings account they offer, and I told them yes. I was denied the next day. Not sure what they were looking for.
