I had one phone interview. The interview began with me giving a 3-5 minute summary of my skills and experience in the field. The interviewers focused on my recent experience with a product they were using. I could tell they were concerned about a lack of experience with a particular aspect of the product. I was completely honest about my limited experience in that area.
