I have been working on a project for another team the past month with unrealistic deadlines and a lot of overtime. I've worked weekends and barely get to see my family. This is just a short-term thing, but it can cause a huge amount of stress and give you the feeling of not wanting to go to work in the morning.

I understand deadlines are an important aspect of the business. Although, when we are given a deadline of 1 month to complete something, don't change the deadline to 1-2 weeks 2 days later.
