Java Dev Interview Experience - Edison, New Jersey
Process
I was a contractor there, and I got my interview from one of my vendors. They scheduled me a phone interview but requested that I go to their local office to make the phone call. You need to bring ID to verify your identity.
They will give you a room and a phone, and you can make the call to one of the clients, i.e., Wells Fargo's manager. They will ask you questions for up to 30 minutes.
Most of them are based on behavior, and some are technical. It's not hard.
