Process
I had a couple of different HR screenings for a few different Software Engineering positions. Both HR reps said I would hear back in about a week. For both positions, weeks passed, and I didn't hear back; nor was my application status updated.
Questions
I rated the interview as easy again, because it was just the HR screening. Both times, they simply read the questions verbatim from the application, and I answered them. Typical big company, inefficient process.
