Had an initial screening round, followed by 1 technical, 1 techno-managerial, and 1 manager round. All rounds went well, but after that, there was no response. I asked HR for feedback after a week and was told she had not received my feedback. I'm not sure what type of interview process is being followed at Wells Fargo, where feedback is not shared by the interview panel. At least have the courtesy to share proper feedback, especially when a candidate is seeking it from their side.
