Wells Fargo; Take it or Leave It
Marketing Database Analyst • Former Employee
San Francisco, California, United States
June 11, 2008
Pros: Large, well-established company with many opportunities to try different jobs within the financial industry. Benefits and PTO are generous and very comparable, if not better, than most companies.
Cons: A long-standing, established business often means inflexible processes and people.
Each business unit operates as its own entity, which leads to turf wars and an inability to communicate between divisions. This results in redundant work and poor customer relations management.
Management leads with a cavalier attitude and manages from the top down. New ideas or dissent are frowned upon.
