I was interviewed in Jan 2018 at Wells Fargo Embassy Tech Village office, Bangalore.

The interview was scheduled at 2:30 pm, and they mentioned to reach half an hour early, i.e., 2 pm. But they made me sit with many others outside security with no hint of what was happening until 3 pm.

Then they called us inside and made us sit in another area for 10-15 minutes.

Then they called us and took each of us to different quiet rooms and made us sit until 3:30 pm. I had no idea how the interview would be with a system and IP phone in front of me.

Then, two people came to conduct the interview, and the funny part is they were just interviewers and did not have much idea about the project. After the interview, they gave signs that I would not suit the role. But still, later they asked me to wait until 5, after which they said you could leave for the day.

Bad way to treat and handle interviews. Waited from 2 pm to 5 pm for just one round on a weekday.
