I received a call for a discussion in the first technical round. It took around one and a half hours to complete.

The second round was techno-managerial and lasted for a 40-minute discussion.

The third round was an HR round over the telephone.

I completed all the rounds, and then came the twist.

HR said I was about to be relieved in a couple of days and that they needed a candidate who was on a job role or had a notice period of more than one month.

They would then process this offer, and the joining date would be one month after the offer was processed.

How can somebody be expected to have a career gap?

Moreover, due to talent crisis, other companies' HR departments expect to get candidates joined as soon as possible.

But Wells Fargo is the opposite of that. I was disappointed due to this HR policy.
