A month later, I applied for another role. This time, HR called to schedule technical interviews, which I cleared. They then scheduled a face-to-face round with the hiring manager. Despite going to the office, the HM was working from home, so the interview was conducted via video call from their office. I answered all questions, and the HM expressed strong interest, even indicating that I was selected. However, a week later, HR provided negative feedback. I felt that the hiring manager lacked both technical and managerial skills and may have joined WF with fake experience. Truly disappointing.
