Contract workers are exploited

Pros: The only pros I can think of are that I made some good work friends due to trauma bonding with them.
Cons: Every contract employee felt their job was not secure. Moreover, the project owners exploit contract employees, whereas the FTEs barely do any meaningful work. 90% of the workload is dumped onto contract employees, and there's no use in putting in hard work.
Work and learning are not appreciated. It's a pit stop company, and a place where careers go to retire. Would not recommend.

Pros: People at Wells Fargo are very friendly, and the company allows work from home. Employees rarely work overtime.
Cons: They don't hire contractors as full-time.
