The first two rounds were technical interviews, followed by a managerial round.
The interview process was pretty smooth. People are really nice and very coordinating.

Working from home.
Great team.
Cons: The new "Leadership" is trying to get 60,000 tech employees on an identical, one-size-fits-all agile schedule. There is also a big push for "Co-Location," which leaves remote workers at a significant disadvantage when it comes to growth opportunities.
