First applied online, answered questions about my experience, and got an HR callback. A simple HR interview led into a hiring manager interview with more behavioral questions and some technical interviews. The HR interviewer said the position had a higher bonus % initially than the offer I received and was significantly lower than what I was asking, so I declined the offer.
