Good WLB but hard to move up
Good WLB but hard to move up
WLB is really good for my level. They pay anything senior and lower hourly. They either work you 40 hours a week or pay you overtime.
The level doesn’t have many increments. It’s software engineer and senior software engineer. It usually takes 5 years to get promoted.
