Process
Interviewed by two people, and one of them seemed to only be interested in finding flaws. He scribbled notes and seemed animated only when I felt he didn't like my answer.
For some reason, he didn't like my answer to conflict resolution, which was a very reasonable, well-thought-out, and researched answer. Another answer I gave to a question about website responsiveness (use memcache) clearly upset him that I got it right. He was digging for one-word answers.
I'm actually relieved I didn't get an offer because I'd have to work with him.
